Cancellation Policy
Reservations: •All sessions must be booked at least 1 day in advance. •The reservation confirmation will be sent by email. Cancellations and rescheduling: • Cancellation or rescheduling of the session is allowed with a minimum notice of 1 hour. Punctuality: • It is recommended to enter the session at least 5 minutes in advance. • In case of delay, the session will end at the previously agreed time. If the client does not show up within 10 minutes without prior notice, the session will be considered completed. Technical Conditions: • It is the client's responsibility to have a stable internet connection and a compatible device for the session. Sessions are held via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Force Majeure Cases: • In case of unforeseen inconveniences on the part of the service provider, the session may be rescheduled. By booking a session, the client accepts these terms and conditions.
