Hello! I am Jesús Montesinos Monja, a proud father of four daughters. I am 47 years old and I live in Madrid, where I have built a full life of experiences and learning. In addition to my role as a professional, my role as a father is of great importance to me. During my professional career, I have worked in renowned companies in the real estate sector such as Remax and Compra Casa, which has allowed me to develop extensive knowledge and experience in everything related to real estate investment. In addition, I was Manager of the Salamanca Neighborhood Office in Madrid for Century21 and I am co-founder of the successful ASRHOME brand in Spain.
But I not only limit my experience to the real estate field, but I have also ventured into the media. Currently, I am a Real Estate Expert in the Real Estate Section of a National Radio in Spain, where I share my knowledge and experiences with the audience.
My key skills include extraordinary sales and negotiation skills, allowing me to obtain the best results for my clients in every transaction. Likewise, I maintain an extensive network of contacts in the real estate sector, which allows me to access valuable opportunities and create strategic alliances.

In my personal life, I am married and the mother of four wonderful daughters, who are my source of constant inspiration and joy. My career began as Secretary of Management in a multinational financial company. There, I had the honor of assisting the General Manager and supporting a talented team of department managers and operators. This experience taught me the importance of organization, effective communication and team management in an international environment.
My next chapter led me to be responsible for the product sales cycle in large stores. Not only did I train salespeople and promoters, but I also supervised sales spaces, ensured stock control, and worked tirelessly to promote the brand nationally. This stage allowed me to develop key skills in sales and marketing.
My commitment to learning and growth led me to obtain certifications as a real estate advisor and complete courses in Communication with Emotional Intelligence and NLP, as well as an International Master in Executive and Management Secretariat.
